Pre-plan pricing: 900 euros/square meter, including VAT.

Approximate villa size: 150 square meters, for a cost of 135000 euros, including VAT.

Estimated maintenance and security charges: 10 euros/square meter annually

1000 euros in a refundable deposit secures a place and the price per square meter. When the actual architectural plan is in place, the payment plan will be: 10% on reservation, 30% on commencement of construction, 30% on completion of roof, 20% on completion of development, 10% on closing.
