Sun Sea Villas

Sun Sea Villas will be located in the small town of Rogachevo, 3 miles from Albena and 15 miles from the Topola (Balchik) golf courses designed by Gary Player and Ian Woosnam. The complex will be designed to emulate a traditional Bulgarian village in terms of both architecture and community. By making all auto access from the periphery of the village, the design philosophy de-emphasizes the automobile and fosters a rural village atmosphere. Each villa will have a private plot of approximately 500 square meters, with auto access from the rear of the plot. In addition, each owner will have a pro-rated share of the common area which includes a swimming pool and covered picnic/barbecue facility. The facility will be managed by a local company hired by the developer, giving absentee owners worry-free maintenance and security.

We are currently accepting reservations with a fully refundable deposit. The reservation will secure your place and price. When the final architectural drawings are available, you can decide if you wish to proceed with a payment plan or ask for a refund of your deposit.
